Family-Friendly 1st Sundays

Every first Sunday of the month, Christ Church Lavender Bay hosts a Family-Friendly Service — a relaxed, welcoming gathering designed especially for children and families.

These services include joyful songs for children, simple and engaging moments in the service, and often a few fun surprises along the way — , sometimes interactive elements, always plenty of warmth and laughter. It’s a space where children are encouraged to participate, move, sing, and feel at home in church.

Whether you’re a young family, a grandparent, or simply someone who enjoys a bit more energy and colour in worship, these services are a wonderful way to gather together as a whole church family.
