We pray for funds to extend scholarships to 1,000 students this year, and to increase shared-cost partnerships. Please bless Explore’s regional leaders (including Pastor Misheck, Pastor Moses and Pastor Isaac) all facilitators and Learning Centres, and raise up shepherds who will preach your Word clearly. We pray for the completion of all language translation this year, and for the rollout of Explore Online.

Father, we thank you that we were able to meet and listen to Dr Mawonga Celesi, Manager of Explore Mission. We thank you for his visit and visitors GWC’s Mark Dickson and Explore’s Alison Lee. We pray for them, and ask for further prayer and financial support for their Gospel mission.
Sat 27 | Explore Mission in Africa
We thank you, Father, that we can offer mission support to Explore, at George Whitefield College (GWC) in Cape Town, spreading your Gospel in Africa. We praise and thank you for the great growth in Explore’s ministry, praying for Simon in his oversight of the Southern Region in South Africa; for Isaac, leading the South Central Region in Malawi and Zambia; and Misheck in the Eastern Region.
Fri 26 | CMS, Lachlan and Candy Grice
We praise and thank you, Father, that we can offer mission support to Lachlan and Candy Grice, serving with CMS in Taiwan. We pray for good health for all the Grice family, and an end to niggling health problems. We pray for good language learning for Lachlan, and little Beau, who is in pre-school. Lord, please bless and support them, especially at this Christmas season away from home.

Wed 24 | Those alone or grieving at Christmas
Father, we pray for your loving presence to enfold all those who are feeling alone, who are grieving and sad at this time.
May they know your loving presence.
Tues 23 | BCA Bush Church Aid
Father, we thank you that we can offer mission support to James and Brittany Daymond, serving with BCA in Cobar and the North-West, Diocese of Bathurst. Thank you that we were able to send Christmas messages of goodwill to James and Brittany, both personal messages and a signed card.
Tues 23 | Anglicare responding to community needs
Father, we thank you that we have been able to support the Anglicare Toys ‘n’ Tucker appeal with food and gifts. We pray that the dedicated Anglicare Food and Financial Services team are able to provide help to the many people in our city suffering financial hardship.
Mon 22 | Anglicare; serving God in our communities
We thank you, Father, that we can offer mission support to Anglicare, praying for your guidance for its Board and CEO.
We thank you that we can support the work of Anglicare in Greater Sydney, Wollongong, New England North West and NSW Central West, and please guide us in our responses.
THUR 23 | Thanks for Evensong and church fellowship
Father, thank you for the many people who attended Evensong in March; and for fellowship with members of The Bridge Church. Please guide us as we work to reach out to our community, bringing your love and guidance to people facing troubled and uncertain times.
FRI 24 | BCA Bush Church Aid
Heavenly Father, we thank you that we can offer mission support to James and Brittany Daymond serving you with BCA in Cobar. We pray for growth in spirit and numbers among students at Cobar High School who attend Snacks n’ Jesus; and thank you for the TRAX 4WD Mission that visited, reaching out to people in Cobar at Easter time.
SAT 25 | An ANZAC prayer
God of Nations, author of all justice and goodness, set your Word in our hearts, teach us your ways of peace. Thank you for all who serve, and have served, our nation so that we live in peace. Let us honour sacrifice and turn our hearts to you.
SUN 26 | Explore Mission in Africa
Lord, we thank you that we can offer mission support to Explore Mission, based at George Whitefield College in Cape Town. Please bless Explore Executive Dr Mawonga Celesi. We pray for funds to extend scholarships to 1,000 students this year, and to increase shared-cost partnerships. Please bless Explore’s regional leaders (including Pastor Misheck, Pastor Moses and Pastor Isaac) all facilitators and Learning Centres, and raise up shepherds who will preach your Word clearly. We pray for the completion of all language translation this year, and for the rollout of Explore Online.
MON 27 | A prayer for grace
Great Father, we pray for your grace to fulfil every good work that you have prepared for us, as we await the triumphant return of our King and Saviour Jesus Christ.
TUES 28 | A prayer used through the ages
We beseech thee, Almighty God, mercifully to look upon thy people, that by thy great goodness they may be governed and preserved evermore, both in body and soul, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. Wilona Ave

Heavenly Father, please be with us daily, that through your guidance, we may act with love, tolerance and kindness to all around us – those close to us, those we see only rarely – help us to act as you have taught us, daily relying on your wisdom.

Wise Father, please be with our Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, and Premier, Chris Minns, and guide them in their leadership through these uncertain times.
